STEPHEN H. RATLIFF
Attorney Stephen H. Ratliff has over 30 years experience representing individuals and businesses in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has extensive jury trial and bench trial experience, having litigated thousands of cases. He is recognized by Martindale-Hubbell as “AV Preeminent”, the highest peer rating for professional excellence in legal expertise, communication skills and ethical standards. Mr. Ratliff has significant experience in legal ethics as demonstrated by his service on regulatory bodies and as an author and lecturer. He has also served as both a mediator and arbitrator for over 20 years.
Mr. Ratliff is active in a number of professional organizations promoting professionalism, ethics and trial advocacy skills. He worked as an NCAA college football official for Division I (FCS), II and III conferences for 20 years.
